Privacy Policy

Rebrief Studios is a small studio based in Toronto, Ontario. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you contact us, why we collect it, and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, email us at hello@rebriefstudios.com and we'll answer directly.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. Depending on how you reach us, that may include:
- Your name, email address and phone number — when you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram.
- Your name, email address, business name and anything you write in the message field — when you submit a form on this website, such as the audit request, the free call booking, or the contact form.
We do not ask for payment card details anywhere on this website, and we never will. If you engage us for paid work, invoicing is handled separately and directly with you.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to schedule a call, to deliver an audit you've requested, and to follow up about work you've asked us about. That's the whole list. We don't add you to a newsletter you didn't ask for, and we don't send marketing unrelated to your enquiry.
Who else can see it
We're a small team and your information stays with us. It is handled by a few service providers we rely on to operate:
- Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram) — if you submit a lead form on their apps, they process and store that submission before it reaches us, under their own privacy policy.
- Netlify — hosts this website and receives submissions from forms on it.
- Our email provider — receives notifications so we can reply to you.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Advertising and this website
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. If we place the Meta advertising pixel on this website, it records anonymous events such as pages viewed, so we can measure whether our ads work and avoid showing them to people who've already been in touch. It is not used to identify you personally. You can limit this through your ad settings on Meta's platforms, or through your browser's cookie and tracking controls.
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as it takes to respond and, if we work together, for as long as our records require. If nothing comes of an enquiry, we delete it within two years. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@rebriefstudios.com and we'll action it within 30 days at no cost.
Security
This website is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send us passwords, financial account numbers, or other sensitive credentials through any form on this site — we will never ask you for them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the effective date at the top.
